At Groves Hospital Foundation we respect your privacy. The success of our fundraising depends on obtaining and maintaining your trust. We want to assure you that the information you provide us will be maintained in the strictest confidence.

The proper safeguarding of all personal, business and financial information acquired in the course of the Foundation’s day-to-day activities is a cornerstone of this commitment.

Groves Hospital Foundation is committed to meeting the privacy standards established by the Federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and internationally recognized privacy principles.

 Groves Hospital Foundation is committed to protecting the privacy of all information you share with us. The information collected is used to process donations, keep you informed about the Foundation, and to ask for support of our mission.

•We do not sell, rent or trade our donor lists.

•Periodic mailings and e-mails on the Foundation, including annual reports, reports to donors, upcoming events, direct mail appeals, etc. may be sent to you when you provide us with your mailing or e-mail address. •The Foundation collects information for statistical analysis. The personal information you provide is securely recorded in the Foundation’s fundraising database and is not shared with anyone.

•The Foundation publishes the names of our donors on our Virtual Donor Wall, the Book of Records, the Hospital Donor Wall and in our Annual Report to demonstrate our appreciation. •The Foundation and Hospital’s web site contains links to other sites. Once you link to another site, you are subject to the privacy and security policies of the linked site.
