Bonnie is the Office & Data Administrator at Groves Hospital Foundation and celebrated her 15th Anniversary in her role in 2022; making her our longest standing team member! Prior to Groves, she worked a combined total of 17 years at William Osler Hospital Foundation and Grand River Hospital Foundation. Bonnie brings organizational and event planning skills as well as strong Board Governance and policy knowledge to her role at Groves. Many community members know Bonnie, as her smiling face is the first they see when they come in our office and she is the first one people meet when they visit or call the Foundation office.

Sarah also joined the team in 2015, at the start of the Capital Campaign, as the Development & Communications Officer. Sarah’s previous work experience was varied; she was a Director of Flash Marketing at a hotel for 3 years, a Client Services Worker at a food bank for 5 years, and an Event Planner for 3 years. Sarah’s experience with event planning, grant writing, marketing, and community service brought a blend of skills to her role at Groves Foundation; which she felt was the perfect fit in a wonderful and welcoming community (after she got over her fear of public speaking). After welcoming her daughter Sadie, in July 2020, she re-joined the Foundation and has now transitioned into a new role in Communications & Donor Relations. Sarah looks forward to being part of the future of the new Groves.
